The role

You will inspect finished product — the last human check before a medicine leaves the site.

What you will do

  • Perform manual and automated visual inspection of filled units to standard
  • Maintain inspection qualification, including periodic requalification
  • Document defects accurately and route rejects correctly
  • Support defect library maintenance and trending
  • Escalate unusual defect patterns promptly

What success looks like at 12 months

You maintain inspection qualification without difficulty, your defect classification agrees with review, and you have flagged a trend worth investigating.

  • Ability to pass and maintain vision and inspection qualification
  • Sustained concentration and consistency across a shift
  • Precise documentation habits
  • Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift

What we would like, but will teach you

  • Prior visual inspection experience
  • GMP environment experience
  • Quality control background in another regulated industry

Working pattern

Onsite at Bloomington, IN on a 12-hour rotating shift, typically 3-on/4-off alternating with 4-on/3-off, days and nights. Shift differentials of 12–20% apply on top of base.

Pay and rewards

This role sits at grade 4, with a base range of $46,000 – $60,500 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
