The role
You will work on how people are paid and rewarded — the analysis behind pay ranges, benchmarking and programme design.
What you will do
- Conduct benchmarking, market pricing and pay range development
- Support annual compensation planning cycles
- Analyse pay equity and produce reporting for review
- Support benefits programme analysis and vendor management
- Help managers and HR partners understand and explain reward decisions
What success looks like at 12 months
The annual cycle runs cleanly, pay ranges are current and defensible, and managers can explain reward decisions without escalating.
What we require
- Compensation, benefits or HR analytics experience
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical rigour
- Discretion with highly confidential data
- Ability to explain reward mechanics clearly
What we would like, but will teach you
- Survey participation and market pricing experience
- Equity or long-term incentive administration
- Pay equity analysis experience

Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 7, with a base range of $104,500 – $134,500 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
