Therapeutic Area Specialist, Immunology — Mid-Atlantic
The role
You will own a territory — the clinicians, the accounts and the results — representing medicines to specialists who will know immediately if you have not done your homework.
What you will do
- Own sales performance and territory strategy for your geography
- Build relationships with specialists, nurses, pharmacists and account staff
- Deliver accurate, compliant scientific and product information
- Coordinate with market access, medical and patient services on account needs
- Plan, report and forecast your territory rigorously
What success looks like at 12 months
You are at or above territory plan, key accounts describe you as useful rather than persistent, and your business planning is used as a model.
What we require
- Sales or account management experience, ideally with a scientific or clinical audience
- Ability to learn complex science well enough to discuss it with specialists
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel across your territory
- Rigorous compliance with promotional and regulatory requirements
What we would like, but will teach you
- Specialty pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device experience
- Existing relationships in the territory
- Clinical background — nursing, pharmacy or military medical

Field-based within your territory, working from home when not travelling. Expect 50–70% travel.

Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 8, with a base range of $109,000 – $141,000 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
