The role
You will hire the people who make medicine — including in labour markets where the competition is fierce and the talent is not always where you expect.
What you will do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned areas, from intake to offer
- Source proactively rather than waiting for applications
- Coach hiring managers on structured, fair interviewing
- Deliver a candidate experience that people mention afterwards
- Report on pipeline, time to hire and quality of hire
What success looks like at 12 months
Your roles fill within target time, hiring managers ask for you specifically, and candidate experience feedback is strong including from candidates you rejected.
What we require
- Recruitment experience, in-house or agency
- Genuine sourcing capability, not just requisition management
- Ability to influence hiring managers
- Care about candidate experience even when the answer is no
What we would like, but will teach you
- Manufacturing, quality or scientific hiring experience
- Military or skilled-trades hiring experience — highly valued here
- High-volume hiring event experience

Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 7, with a base range of $91,000 – $117,000 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
