The role
You will hold our suppliers to the standard we hold ourselves to — through audits, agreements and performance management.
What you will do
- Plan and conduct supplier audits, on site and remotely
- Manage quality agreements and supplier qualification
- Investigate supplier-related deviations and drive corrective action
- Monitor supplier quality performance and escalate risk
- Support sourcing decisions with quality risk assessment
What success looks like at 12 months
The audit schedule is delivered, supplier-attributable deviations are down, and quality risk is part of sourcing decisions before they are made.
What we require
- Supplier quality or auditing experience in a regulated industry
- Ability to audit rigorously and still keep a working relationship
- Willingness to travel approximately 40%
- Clear, defensible audit reporting
What we would like, but will teach you
- Lead auditor certification
- Biologics raw material or single-use supplier experience
- Experience of a supplier failure and its consequences

Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 8, with a base range of $114,500 – $148,000 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
