The role

You will decide what gets made and when — balancing demand, capacity, inventory and the fact that biology does not always cooperate.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain the production plan across sites and products
  • Balance demand, capacity and inventory targets
  • Run scenario analysis for changes in demand or supply
  • Partner with manufacturing, quality and logistics on execution
  • Report on schedule adherence, inventory and supply risk

What success looks like at 12 months

Schedule adherence is up, inventory is closer to target with fewer expedites, and your plan is the one everyone works to.

What we require

  • Supply chain planning experience in manufacturing
  • Strong analytical and ERP skills
  • Ability to make a call with imperfect information and explain it
  • Comfort with cross-functional negotiation

What we would like, but will teach you

  • APICS CPIM or CSCP
  • Pharmaceutical or biologics planning experience
  • S&OP process experience

If you meet the required list, apply. We cap the preferred list at four items on purpose, and we would rather read an application from someone who is 70% there and hungry.

Hybrid — onsite at Devens, MA three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and one team-chosen day).
