The role
You will provide the analysis and forecasting that supports real decisions rather than describing what already happened.
What you will do
- Support monthly close, forecasting and budgeting for assigned areas
- Build and maintain financial models and analysis
- Partner with business leaders as a genuine finance business partner
- Analyse variances and explain what they actually mean
- Improve reporting and reduce manual effort
What success looks like at 12 months
Your forecasts are trusted and accurate, business partners consult you before decisions, and at least one manual reporting process has been automated.
What we require
- Finance or accounting experience with strong analytical skills
- Advanced Excel and comfort with financial systems
- Ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance colleagues
- Accuracy under close deadlines
What we would like, but will teach you
- Pharmaceutical or manufacturing finance experience
- ERP experience such as SAP or NetSuite
- CPA, CIMA or ACCA progress

Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 8, with a base range of $109,000 – $141,000 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
