The role
You will build the data platform the rest of the company analyses — reliable, documented, and validated where regulation requires it.
What you will do
- Design, build and maintain data pipelines and models across clinical, commercial and manufacturing data
- Own data quality, lineage, monitoring and documentation
- Work with analysts and scientists to make data genuinely usable
- Support validated environments and change control where GxP applies
- Improve platform reliability and cost
What success looks like at 12 months
Pipelines you own run without manual intervention, data consumers trust the tables, and a validated dataset has gone through change control cleanly.
What we require
- Strong data engineering experience with modern tooling
- Excellent SQL and Python
- Experience with cloud data platforms
- Discipline about testing and documentation
What we would like, but will teach you
- dbt, Airflow or equivalent orchestration
- GxP or otherwise regulated data experience
- Streaming or manufacturing data experience

Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 9, with a base range of $128,500 – $165,500 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
