The role
You will be our eyes at investigator sites — monitoring data quality, supporting site staff, and protecting both patient safety and data integrity in person.
What you will do
- Conduct site initiation, monitoring and close-out visits per the monitoring plan
- Verify source data and ensure protocol and GCP compliance
- Build working relationships with site coordinators and investigators
- Escalate enrolment risks and quality signals early and clearly
- Write clear, timely visit reports and drive follow-up to closure
What success looks like at 12 months
Your sites enrol to plan, your visit reports need no rework, and site staff ask for you by name when they have a problem.
What we require
- Bachelor's degree in a life science or nursing, or equivalent experience
- Clinical monitoring experience, or strong site coordinator experience ready to step up
- Willingness to travel up to 65% within your region
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel independently
What we would like, but will teach you
- Oncology or rare disease trial experience
- SOCRA or ACRP certification
- Experience with risk-based monitoring

Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 7, with a base range of $91,000 – $117,000 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
