The role
You will own how a medicine is positioned, described and brought to clinicians and patients.
What you will do
- Own brand strategy, positioning and messaging for assigned products or segments
- Develop and execute the marketing plan and promotional materials
- Lead promotional review with medical, legal and regulatory
- Analyse performance and adjust tactics on evidence
- Partner with field teams to ensure strategy survives contact with reality
What success looks like at 12 months
Your brand plan is being executed and measured, field teams use your materials because they work, and promotional review is smoother than it was.
What we require
- Pharmaceutical or biotech marketing experience
- Strategic thinking supported by data
- Experience running promotional review to approval
- Ability to work closely with field teams
What we would like, but will teach you
- Launch experience
- Specialty or rare disease marketing
- Prior field-based commercial role

Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 10, with a base range of $180,500 – $233,500 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
