The role
You will defend a company that makes medicine — including plant systems where availability and safety are the priority.
What you will do
- Monitor, triage and respond to security alerts and incidents
- Improve detection coverage, tuning and response playbooks
- Support vulnerability management and remediation tracking
- Contribute to OT and manufacturing security in partnership with engineering
- Participate in incident response, including out of hours on rotation
What success looks like at 12 months
Detection coverage has measurably improved, response times are down, and at least one recurring alert class has been eliminated rather than tuned out.
What we require
- Security operations, incident response or comparable experience
- Understanding of common attack techniques and detection approaches
- Scripting or automation ability
- Calm, structured thinking during incidents
What we would like, but will teach you
- SIEM engineering experience
- OT or ICS security exposure
- Military cyber or signals background — a strong and welcome fit

Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 8, with a base range of $109,000 – $141,000 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
