The role
You will run and improve the systems that hold quality together — documents, training, change control and the data that shows whether any of it is working.
What you will do
- Administer and improve quality management systems and workflows
- Maintain document control and training compliance
- Produce quality metrics and management review inputs
- Support system upgrades, validation and user training
- Identify and remove friction that causes people to work around the system
What success looks like at 12 months
System compliance metrics are green and trusted, users have stopped inventing workarounds, and management review inputs are produced without a fire drill.
What we require
- Experience administering quality or document management systems
- Analytical ability with quality data
- Process improvement mindset
- Clear communication with non-specialist users
What we would like, but will teach you
- Veeva Vault QMS or TrackWise administration
- Training system management
- Experience running a management review

Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 7, with a base range of $91,000 – $117,000 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
