The role

You will generate the analytical data that decides whether a batch is released — accurately, on time, and defensibly.

What you will do

  • Perform release and stability testing to validated methods
  • Document results contemporaneously and to data integrity standards
  • Investigate out-of-specification and atypical results with quality
  • Maintain instruments, standards and reagents in a compliant state
  • Support method transfer, validation and qualification activities

What success looks like at 12 months

You are qualified on your method set, your data needs no rework, and you have completed an investigation that reached a defensible conclusion.

What we require

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a science, or equivalent laboratory experience
  • Hands-on analytical technique experience such as HPLC, ELISA or electrophoresis
  • Rigorous documentation and data integrity habits
  • Willingness to work a shift pattern including some weekends

What we would like, but will teach you

  • GMP laboratory experience
  • Empower or comparable chromatography data system experience
  • Military medical laboratory background (68K and equivalents) — a direct fit

If you meet the required list, apply. We cap the preferred list at four items on purpose, and we would rather read an application from someone who is 70% there and hungry.
