The role
You will plan and deliver the publications that put our data into the literature, on time and to good practice standards.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain the publication plan for assigned products
- Manage manuscript, abstract and poster development with authors and agencies
- Ensure compliance with GPP and ICMJE standards
- Coordinate author agreements, disclosures and journal submissions
- Track publication metrics and congress deadlines
What success looks like at 12 months
The publication plan is delivered on time, no compliance issue has arisen, and authors respond to you because working with you is easy.
What we require
- Publications or medical communications experience
- Understanding of good publication practice
- Ability to keep academic authors to a timeline, gently
- Excellent written English
What we would like, but will teach you
- ISMPP certification
- Agency management experience
- Advanced life science degree

Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 8, with a base range of $109,000 – $141,000 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
