The role
You will own a digital product used inside the company — deciding what gets built, for whom, and why it matters more than the next thing.
What you will do
- Own the roadmap and backlog for an internal digital product
- Work directly with users to understand the actual problem
- Write clear requirements and acceptance criteria
- Prioritise ruthlessly and communicate the reasoning
- Measure adoption and outcomes, not delivery volume
What success looks like at 12 months
Adoption of your product is measurably up, users describe it as better than what it replaced, and the roadmap reflects evidence rather than the loudest stakeholder.
What we require
- Product ownership or business analysis experience with technical teams
- Ability to say no with a reason people accept
- Comfort with regulated environments and their constraints
- Strong written communication
What we would like, but will teach you
- Life sciences domain experience
- Agile delivery in a validated environment
- Background in the business area the product serves
If you meet the required list, apply. We cap the preferred list at four items on purpose, and we would rather read an application from someone who is 70% there and hungry.
