What you will do
- Develop and execute category strategies for assigned spend areas
- Run sourcing processes and negotiate contracts
- Manage supplier relationships and performance
- Deliver savings and value improvement targets
- Partner with quality on supplier qualification and risk
What success looks like at 12 months
Category strategies are in place and delivering, savings targets are met without damaging supply, and business stakeholders involve you early.
What we require
- Procurement or sourcing experience with meaningful spend responsibility
- Negotiation capability and commercial analysis
- Ability to build internal alignment before going to market
- Understanding of supplier risk
What we would like, but will teach you
- GMP direct materials or single-use consumables categories
- CIPS or comparable qualification
- Supplier relationship management experience

Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 9, with a base range of $131,000 – $169,000 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
