The role

You will own manufacturing processes technically — why they behave the way they do, and what to change when they misbehave.

What you will do

  • Provide technical ownership of unit operations in commercial manufacturing
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause investigation for process issues
  • Design and implement process improvements and change controls
  • Analyse process data to identify drift and improvement opportunities
  • Support validation, tech transfer and new product introduction

What success looks like at 12 months

Your processes run with fewer deviations, you have delivered an improvement with measurable impact, and manufacturing calls you early rather than late.

What we require

  • Engineering or science degree, or equivalent demonstrated technical experience
  • Understanding of bioprocess unit operations
  • Data analysis capability and structured problem solving
  • Willingness to support a 24/7 operation including occasional off-hours

What we would like, but will teach you

  • Single-use, chromatography or filtration expertise
  • Statistical process control experience
  • Experience in another highly regulated technical industry — nuclear, aerospace, semiconductor

If you meet the required list, apply. We cap the preferred list at four items on purpose, and we would rather read an application from someone who is 70% there and hungry.
