The role
You will work with payers and PBMs on access — the coverage decisions that determine whether a prescription can actually be filled.
What you will do
- Own relationships with assigned payers, PBMs and integrated delivery networks
- Present clinical and economic value evidence to coverage decision makers
- Negotiate and manage contracts within approved parameters
- Monitor and address coverage barriers and utilisation management criteria
- Feed access intelligence back to pricing and market access strategy
What success looks like at 12 months
Coverage in your accounts has measurably improved, access barriers are identified before they hit sales, and your contracting is clean.
What we require
- Payer, PBM or market access experience
- Comfort with health economics and contracting concepts
- Negotiation ability and commercial judgement
- Willingness to travel approximately 50%
What we would like, but will teach you
- National or regional payer relationships
- HEOR fluency
- Prior experience on the payer side

Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 9, with a base range of $131,000 – $169,000 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
