The role
You will help patients and their families navigate access, reimbursement and starting on therapy — the practical obstacles between a prescription and a treatment.
What you will do
- Support patients through benefit verification, prior authorisation and financial assistance
- Coordinate with prescriber offices, specialty pharmacies and payers
- Maintain accurate case records and meet service standards
- Handle sensitive conversations with care and confidentiality
- Identify and escalate adverse events and product complaints correctly
What success looks like at 12 months
Your cases move faster than average, patients and offices ask for you by name, and your documentation and compliance are clean.
What we require
- Experience in patient support, healthcare administration, insurance or a comparable service role
- Genuine patience and empathy on difficult calls
- Accurate documentation under volume
- Understanding of confidentiality obligations
What we would like, but will teach you
- Prior hub or patient services experience
- Knowledge of US insurance and prior authorisation
- Bilingual English/Spanish

Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 5, with a base range of $59,000 – $77,500 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
