The role
You will run packaging and serialization — getting product into its final presentation with every code, label and record correct.
What you will do
- Operate packaging and serialization equipment per batch record
- Perform line clearance and changeover to procedure
- Verify labelling, coding and serialization data accuracy
- Complete GMP documentation and reconcile materials
- Support troubleshooting and minor maintenance of packaging equipment
What success looks like at 12 months
You run your line independently, changeovers are inside target time, and reconciliation discrepancies are rare and explainable.
What we require
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort with automated equipment
- Rigour about line clearance and material reconciliation
- Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift
What we would like, but will teach you
- Packaging or serialization experience
- GMP environment experience
- Military logistics or maintenance background

Onsite at Bloomington, IN on a 12-hour rotating shift, typically 3-on/4-off alternating with 4-on/3-off, days and nights. Shift differentials of 12–20% apply on top of base.
Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 4, with a base range of $46,000 – $60,500 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
