The role

You will be a scientific peer to the clinicians treating patients in your territory — not a salesperson, and the difference matters to us.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain scientific relationships with key clinicians and researchers in territory
  • Deliver balanced scientific exchange on our data and the wider evidence base
  • Gather and route clinical insights back to medical and development teams
  • Support investigator-initiated study interest and advisory boards
  • Provide medical support at congresses and to internal colleagues

What success looks like at 12 months

Clinicians in your territory take your meetings because they are useful, your insights have changed something internally, and compliance has never been a question.

What we require

  • Advanced clinical or scientific degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, NP or equivalent experience)
  • Deep enough therapeutic knowledge to be useful to a specialist in fifteen minutes
  • Willingness to travel 50–70% within territory
  • Absolute clarity on the line between medical and commercial activity

What we would like, but will teach you

  • Prior field medical experience
  • Established relationships in the territory
  • Experience in the relevant therapeutic area

If you meet the required list, apply. We cap the preferred list at four items on purpose, and we would rather read an application from someone who is 70% there and hungry.

Working pattern

Field-based within your territory, working from home when not travelling. Expect 50–70% travel.

This role is designated portable — it moves with you. If you are a military spouse and receive PCS orders, you keep this job, your grade and your tenure. How that works.

Pay and rewards

This role sits at grade 9, with a base range of $131,000 – $169,000 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
