The role
You will answer the questions clinicians, pharmacists and patients ask about our medicines — accurately, in writing, and fast.
What you will do
- Respond to unsolicited medical information enquiries within service standards
- Maintain and update standard response documents and the enquiry knowledge base
- Triage and route adverse events and product complaints correctly
- Support congress medical information coverage
- Analyse enquiry trends and feed them back to medical and development teams
What success looks like at 12 months
Response times and quality are consistently inside standard, standard responses are current, and enquiry trend reporting is being used by the medical team.
What we require
- Life science, pharmacy or nursing degree, or equivalent clinical experience
- Ability to write a clear, balanced, referenced answer
- Rigour about staying within approved information
- Comfort with high enquiry volume
What we would like, but will teach you
- Prior medical information experience
- Therapeutic area knowledge
- Clinical practice background

Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 6, with a base range of $76,000 – $99,000 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
