The role
You will move and control the materials a plant runs on — receiving, staging, dispensing and keeping the inventory honest.
What you will do
- Receive, inspect, store and issue GMP materials to procedure
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Stage materials for production per the schedule
- Maintain clean, organised and compliant warehouse areas
What success looks like at 12 months
Inventory accuracy is consistently above target, production is never waiting on materials, and your area passes audit without findings.
What we require
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Warehouse, logistics or supply experience
- Ability to obtain forklift certification
- Ability to lift 50 lb repeatedly and work a shift pattern
What we would like, but will teach you
- GMP warehouse experience
- ERP or WMS system experience
- Military supply, logistics or motor transport background — a very common route in

Onsite at Devens, MA on a 12-hour rotating shift, typically 3-on/4-off alternating with 4-on/3-off, days and nights. Shift differentials of 12–20% apply on top of base.
Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 3, with a base range of $44,000 – $59,000 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
