The role
You will lead market access strategy — pricing, value evidence and the plan for getting a medicine covered and kept covered.
What you will do
- Develop and own market access strategy for assigned products
- Lead pricing and contracting strategy with cross-functional partners
- Direct value evidence generation with HEOR and medical
- Build payer value propositions and supporting materials
- Lead a team and represent access in commercial leadership
What success looks like at 12 months
Access strategy is set and being executed, launch readiness for access is on track, and pricing decisions are made on your analysis.
What we require
- Substantial market access, pricing or payer experience
- Strategic capability backed by analytical depth
- Experience leading teams and influencing executives
- Understanding of the US payer landscape in specialty medicines
What we would like, but will teach you
- Product launch access leadership
- Rare disease or oncology access experience
- HEOR background

Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 11, with a base range of $188,000 – $243,000 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
