The role
You will make medicine. This is hands-on GMP manufacturing on a 12-hour rotating shift, following written procedure precisely, documenting as you go, and stopping the line when something is not right.
What you will do
- Execute manufacturing operations to batch records and SOPs, exactly as written
- Prepare, set up and operate process equipment in a cleanroom environment
- Complete GMP documentation contemporaneously and accurately
- Perform in-process sampling and routine equipment checks
- Escalate deviations, discrepancies and anything that looks wrong, immediately
What success looks like at 12 months
You are independently qualified on your operations, your documentation needs no correction, and you have caught at least one thing that should not have been happening.
What we require
- High school diploma or equivalent — a degree is not required for this role
- Ability to follow detailed written procedures precisely and consistently
- Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift, including nights and weekends
- Ability to gown for cleanroom entry, stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb
What we would like, but will teach you
- Experience in GMP, food and beverage, semiconductor, aerospace or nuclear operations
- Military technical or maintenance training — this is one of our strongest sources of talent
- Prior cleanroom or aseptic experience
If you meet the required list, apply. We cap the preferred list at four items on purpose, and we would rather read an application from someone who is 70% there and hungry.
Military technical training counts as relevant experience for this role, and no degree is required. See our skill translation table.
