The role
You will keep the systems that connect the plant floor to the enterprise running — historians, networks, interfaces and the boundary between IT and OT.
What you will do
- Support and maintain manufacturing IT/OT infrastructure and interfaces
- Manage historian, MES and control system integrations
- Maintain OT network segmentation, patching and backup regimes
- Support 24/7 manufacturing including on-call rotation
- Partner with automation and security on plant system changes
What success looks like at 12 months
Plant system availability is high and measured, integrations are documented, and OT changes go through control without disrupting production.
What we require
- Experience with industrial IT, OT networks or manufacturing systems
- Networking fundamentals and troubleshooting ability
- Understanding of change control in a regulated environment
- Availability for on-call support of a 24/7 site
What we would like, but will teach you
- Historian or MES experience
- OT security experience
- Military communications or network background

Onsite at Bloomington, IN. Site-based office roles are onsite three days a week; lab, plant and quality roles are onsite by nature.
Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 8, with a base range of $100,500 – $129,500 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
