The role
You will work in sterile fill-finish, where the standard is not high, it is absolute.
What you will do
- Execute aseptic filling and finishing operations to batch record
- Maintain and monitor sterile boundary, gowning and aseptic behaviour
- Perform equipment setup, changeover and cleaning per procedure
- Complete GMP documentation and in-process checks
- Support media fills, qualification and investigation activities
What success looks like at 12 months
You hold current aseptic qualification with no excursions attributable to technique, your documentation is clean, and you support media fills without supervision.
What we require
- Ability to gown and qualify for aseptic operations, and to maintain that qualification
- Precise adherence to written procedure
- Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift including nights
- Comfort working in a highly controlled, closely observed environment
What we would like, but will teach you
- Prior aseptic or sterile manufacturing experience
- Isolator or RABS experience
- Military or other background in high-consequence procedural work
If you meet the required list, apply. We cap the preferred list at four items on purpose, and we would rather read an application from someone who is 70% there and hungry.
Onsite at Bloomington, IN on a 12-hour rotating shift, typically 3-on/4-off alternating with 4-on/3-off, days and nights. Shift differentials of 12–20% apply on top of base.
