The role
You will keep material and product moving — carriers, customs, documentation and the daily problem solving that keeps shipments on time.
What you will do
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across sites and partners
- Manage carrier performance, freight cost and documentation accuracy
- Resolve shipment exceptions quickly and communicate clearly
- Maintain trade compliance and shipping records
- Analyse logistics data to find cost and service improvements
What success looks like at 12 months
On-time delivery is up, exceptions are resolved before anyone else notices them, and you have found at least one meaningful cost saving.
What we require
- Logistics, distribution or transport coordination experience
- Strong organisation and follow-through
- Comfort with data and reporting
- Clear communication with external partners
What we would like, but will teach you
- Pharmaceutical or regulated goods logistics
- Trade compliance experience
- Military transport or movement control background

Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 6, with a base range of $76,000 – $99,000 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
