The role
You will prepare the company for a launch — the cross-functional choreography that decides whether a good medicine reaches patients quickly.
What you will do
- Lead launch readiness planning across commercial, medical, access, supply and regulatory
- Maintain the integrated launch plan, milestones and risk register
- Run launch governance and drive decisions to closure
- Identify readiness gaps early and get them owned
- Capture and apply learning from previous launches
What success looks like at 12 months
The integrated launch plan is real and used, gaps are identified months rather than weeks ahead, and governance decisions are made on time.
What we require
- Experience leading or coordinating a pharmaceutical product launch
- Strong cross-functional program management
- Ability to hold senior stakeholders to commitments
- Comfort with ambiguity and shifting timelines
What we would like, but will teach you
- Multiple launches
- Rare disease or oncology launch experience
- Prior commercial or supply chain role
If you meet the required list, apply. We cap the preferred list at four items on purpose, and we would rather read an application from someone who is 70% there and hungry.
