The role
You will manage our most complex accounts — health systems and centres of excellence where the buying decision involves a dozen people.
What you will do
- Own strategy and performance for named strategic accounts
- Map and engage the full decision-making unit, clinical and economic
- Coordinate cross-functional account teams including medical and access
- Negotiate and manage formulary and protocol access
- Deliver account business reviews and accurate forecasting
What success looks like at 12 months
Named accounts show measurable access or utilisation progress, your account plans are genuinely used by the team, and forecast accuracy is strong.
What we require
- Account management experience with health systems or large institutions
- Ability to navigate complex organisations and long decision cycles
- Commercial acumen and negotiation capability
- Willingness to travel approximately 60%
What we would like, but will teach you
- Specialty or rare disease account experience
- Formulary and P&T committee experience
- Experience leading a virtual cross-functional team

Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 9, with a base range of $131,000 – $169,000 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
