The role
You will be the person people are relieved to see when their laptop dies before a regulatory meeting.
What you will do
- Provide first and second line IT support to site colleagues
- Manage device provisioning, imaging and lifecycle
- Support meeting room, lab and manufacturing floor technology
- Maintain accurate asset and ticket records
- Escalate and follow through rather than handing off and forgetting
What success looks like at 12 months
Ticket resolution times are inside target, repeat issues have been fixed at source, and site colleagues rate support highly.
What we require
- IT support experience in a business environment
- Practical troubleshooting across hardware, OS and common applications
- Patience and clear explanation for non-technical users
- Onsite role with occasional physical work moving equipment
What we would like, but will teach you
- Regulated or laboratory environment experience
- Scripting or automation interest
- Military IT or communications background

Onsite at Bloomington, IN. Site-based office roles are onsite three days a week; lab, plant and quality roles are onsite by nature.
Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 5, with a base range of $55,000 – $72,500 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
