The role
You will help 5,400 people understand what is happening and why — clearly, honestly and without corporate fog.

- Plan and deliver internal communications across sites and shifts
- Write for leaders in a voice that sounds like a person
- Run all-colleague meetings, site communications and change communications
- Reach shift-based colleagues who do not sit at a desk
- Measure whether communication actually landed
What success looks like at 12 months

What we require
- Internal or corporate communications experience
- Excellent writing and editing
- Ability to challenge a message that will not land
- Comfort working with senior leaders
What we would like, but will teach you
- Manufacturing or multi-site communications
- Change communications experience
- Video or digital content skills
If you meet the required list, apply. We cap the preferred list at four items on purpose, and we would rather read an application from someone who is 70% there and hungry.
