The role
You will lead planning and analysis for a part of the business — the numbers behind the plan and the conversation about whether the plan is right.
What you will do
- Own budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for your area
- Lead the analysis behind investment and resourcing decisions
- Manage and develop analysts
- Present financial performance and outlook to leadership
- Improve planning processes and cycle time
What success looks like at 12 months
Forecast accuracy has improved, leaders use your analysis in decisions, and the planning cycle takes less time than it did.
What we require
- Substantial FP&A experience including business partnering
- Strong modelling and analytical capability
- Experience managing or mentoring analysts
- Confidence presenting to senior leaders
What we would like, but will teach you
- Pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience
- Manufacturing cost or R&D finance experience
- Systems implementation experience

Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 9, with a base range of $150,500 – $194,500 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
