The role
You will keep the building working — the plant rooms, the systems, and the small failures that become big ones if nobody notices.
What you will do
- Perform routine facility maintenance and respond to building service requests
- Support HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general building systems
- Maintain facility documentation and permit-to-work compliance
- Escort and oversee contractors on site
- Support office and laboratory moves, installs and space changes
What success looks like at 12 months
Reactive tickets are closed inside target, planned facility maintenance is current, and building issues stop reaching the site leadership meeting.
What we require
- Facilities or building maintenance experience
- Broad practical trade skills
- Ability to work safely and follow permit systems
- Ability to lift 50 lb and work at height
What we would like, but will teach you
- GMP or laboratory facility experience
- Trade certification
- Military facilities or engineering background

Onsite at Devens, MA. Site-based office roles are onsite three days a week; lab, plant and quality roles are onsite by nature.
Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 4, with a base range of $52,500 – $69,500 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
