The role
You will run a site's facilities — the building, the services, the contractors and the budget.
What you will do
- Own facilities operations, maintenance and services for the site
- Manage contractors, service providers and facility budgets
- Plan and deliver space, moves and small capital projects
- Ensure compliance with building, safety and environmental requirements
- Partner with EHS, security and site leadership
What success looks like at 12 months
The building runs without becoming a leadership topic, contractor performance is managed on data, and projects land on budget.
What we require
- Facilities management experience for a comparable site
- Vendor and budget management capability
- Practical technical understanding of building systems
- Ability to handle competing demands and interruptions
What we would like, but will teach you
- Laboratory or GMP facility experience
- Project delivery experience
- Military facilities engineering background

Onsite at Cambridge, MA. Site-based office roles are onsite three days a week; lab, plant and quality roles are onsite by nature.
Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 9, with a base range of $150,500 – $194,500 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
