The role
You will provide practical legal advice to a company that operates in a heavily regulated industry.
What you will do
- Advise on commercial contracts, collaborations and vendor arrangements
- Support regulatory, compliance and promotional review matters
- Manage disputes, risk assessments and outside counsel
- Develop templates, policies and training that reduce recurring questions
- Give advice that includes a recommendation, not only the risks
What success looks like at 12 months
Business teams come to you early, contract turnaround has improved, and recurring legal questions have been designed out with templates or training.
What we require
- Qualified attorney with relevant post-qualification experience
- Life sciences or regulated industry experience
- Commercial pragmatism alongside legal rigour
- Ability to work with business teams as a partner
What we would like, but will teach you
- In-house experience
- Clinical trial or collaboration agreements
- Healthcare compliance experience

Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 10, with a base range of $180,500 – $233,500 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
