The role
You will keep a commercial healthcare business on the right side of a complicated set of rules — practically, not theoretically.
What you will do
- Maintain and improve the healthcare compliance programme
- Deliver training and practical guidance to commercial and medical teams
- Monitor activities, investigate concerns and drive corrective action
- Support transparency reporting and policy management
- Advise on programmes and materials before they launch, not after
What success looks like at 12 months
Compliance advice is sought before activities are planned, monitoring findings are trending down, and training is rated as useful rather than endured.
What we require
- Healthcare compliance experience in pharmaceuticals or medical devices
- Working knowledge of relevant US laws and industry codes
- Ability to advise commercially without becoming a rubber stamp
- Clear communication and training delivery
What we would like, but will teach you
- Monitoring or investigations experience
- Transparency reporting experience
- Legal or audit background
If you meet the required list, apply. We cap the preferred list at four items on purpose, and we would rather read an application from someone who is 70% there and hungry.
Hybrid — onsite at Cambridge, MA three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and one team-chosen day).
