The role
You will turn commercial data into decisions — territory design, targeting, performance and forecasts.
What you will do
- Analyse sales, claims and market data to support commercial decisions
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for field and leadership
- Support territory alignment, targeting and incentive compensation analytics
- Develop forecasts and scenario analysis
- Explain your analysis to people who will act on it
What success looks like at 12 months
Your dashboards are used weekly by the people who need them, at least one commercial decision has been made on your analysis, and data questions come to you first.
What we require
- Analytics experience with commercial or healthcare data
- Strong SQL and a visualisation tool; Python or R welcome
- Ability to turn analysis into a recommendation
- Comfort with imperfect real-world data
What we would like, but will teach you
- Pharmaceutical commercial data experience such as IQVIA or Symphony
- Incentive compensation experience
- Forecasting experience

Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 7, with a base range of $91,000 – $117,000 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
