The role
You will support live clinical studies — tracking documents, timelines and site queries, and being the person who notices when something is drifting three weeks before it becomes a problem.
What you will do
- Maintain the trial master file and ensure documents are complete and current
- Track site activation, enrolment and query resolution against plan
- Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-up actions for the study team
- Support vendor and CRO oversight with data and reports
- Prepare study materials and support site communications
What success looks like at 12 months
Your studies' documents are inspection-ready without a scramble, site queries close inside target, and the study team relies on your tracker as the source of truth.
What we require
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent operational experience in a documented, regulated environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and document control
- Confident written communication with external partners
- Ability to hold several moving timelines in view at once
What we would like, but will teach you
- Prior clinical research experience or GCP training
- Experience with a CTMS or eTMF system
- Military medical, corpsman or medic background
If you meet the required list, apply. We cap the preferred list at four items on purpose, and we would rather read an application from someone who is 70% there and hungry.
Combat medics, corpsmen and aerospace medical service technicians commonly enter clinical research through this role.
