The role
You will make sure investigational medicine is in the right country, in date, at temperature, before the patient needs it — which is harder than it sounds.
What you will do
- Plan and forecast clinical supply requirements across studies
- Manage packaging, labelling and distribution with internal and external partners
- Monitor expiry, temperature excursions and inventory across depots
- Support IRT system setup and supply strategy for new studies
- Resolve supply issues before they touch a site or a patient
What success looks like at 12 months
No study has been delayed by supply, expiry write-off is down, and your forecasts are used without adjustment.
What we require
- Supply chain, logistics or planning experience in a regulated environment
- Comfort with forecasting under genuine uncertainty
- Attention to detail on labelling and expiry
- Ability to coordinate across time zones and partners
What we would like, but will teach you
- Clinical supply or IRT experience
- Cold chain knowledge
- Military logistics background
If you meet the required list, apply. We cap the preferred list at four items on purpose, and we would rather read an application from someone who is 70% there and hungry.
Hybrid — onsite at Research Triangle Park, NC three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and one team-chosen day).
