The role
You will own the integrity of the data a study produces — the database that holds it, the checks that find problems, and the queries that get them fixed.
What you will do
- Design and specify clinical databases, edit checks and data validation rules
- Manage query generation and resolution with sites and CROs
- Oversee external data transfers and reconciliation
- Drive data cleaning towards database lock
- Maintain data management documentation to inspection standard
What success looks like at 12 months
Your studies lock on schedule, query ageing is inside target, and the analysis team trusts the data without a parallel check.
What we require
- Clinical data management experience in a regulated environment
- Experience with an EDC system such as Medidata Rave or Veeva
- Analytical eye for data that looks plausible but is not
- Clear written communication with sites
What we would like, but will teach you
- CDISC standards experience
- SQL or Python for data review
- Experience of a database lock under time pressure

Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 7, with a base range of $91,000 – $117,000 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
