The role
You will own the control systems that run the plant — DCS, PLC, historian and the integrations that keep a batch record honest.
What you will do
- Maintain, configure and improve DeltaV, PLC and SCADA systems on the plant floor
- Support automated batch execution and recipe management
- Troubleshoot control system issues, including during production
- Manage change control and validation for automation changes
- Partner with IT/OT on network, historian and data integrity
What success looks like at 12 months
Automation-attributable downtime is down, changes go through validation without rework, and operators trust the system rather than working around it.
What we require
- Experience with industrial control systems in a regulated or high-consequence environment
- Understanding of process instrumentation and control loops
- Discipline around change control and documentation
- Availability for occasional off-hours support of a 24/7 site
What we would like, but will teach you
- DeltaV or Rockwell experience specifically
- GMP automation and CSV experience
- Navy nuclear, aviation electronics or comparable military technical background

Onsite at Devens, MA. Site-based office roles are onsite three days a week; lab, plant and quality roles are onsite by nature.
Pay and rewards
This role sits at grade 8, with a base range of $114,500 – $148,000 for this location, plus annual bonus, retirement contributions of up to 9%, and day-one benefits. See the full package.
